Albert Rudolph

Albert Rudolph (born February 4, 1901 in Saarburg ; † unknown) was a German economic geographer and professor at the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg .

Life

He was the son of a master country hunter and studied economics at the universities in Halle, Berlin and Leipzig from 1922 to 1924. He then worked as a businessman in Berlin.

In 1931 he received his doctorate from Berlin University with a dissertation on economic geography of the Bitterfeld district .

At the suggestion and with the cooperation of NSDAP - Gauleiter Rudolf Jordan , he published the home book of Gau Halle-Merseburg between Harz and Lausitz in 1935 . In the following year he became a state administrator in the Merseburg government .

In 1941 he became district administrator in Quedlinburg .

After the Second World War his track is lost.
