Albert Sprott

Albert Sprott ( Albert Bryan "Pesky" Sprott; born August 7, 1897 in San Diego , † December 19, 1951 in Antioch , California ) was an American middle -distance runner who had specialized in the 800-meter distance .

At the Olympic Games in Antwerp in 1920 he was sixth in 1: 56.4 min.

He set his personal best over 880 yards of 1: 54.4 min (corresponds to 1: 53.7 min over 800 m) on June 5, 1920 in Ann Arbor .
