Albert Wodrig
Albert Wodrig (born July 16, 1883 in Berlin , † October 31, 1972 in Bad Oeynhausen ) was a German officer , most recently general of the artillery in World War II .
Life
Wodrig served as an officer in the First World War . After the war he switched to the Reichswehr and worked as a commander and general staff officer in various units. In the Wehrmacht he led the 21st Infantry Division as commander during the Second World War . In 1939 Wodrig took over the XXVI as commanding general . Army Corps .
