Aldo Belloni

Aldo Ernesto Belloni (born January 23, 1950 in Milan ) is an Italian industrial manager . He has been CEO of Linde AG since December 2016 .

Life

After graduating from high school in 1968, Belloni studied engineering and chemistry at the Polytechnic in Milan from 1968 to 1973 . In 1973 he received his doctorate as " Dottore in Ingegneria Chimica ". The content of his dissertation was the vapor and liquid equilibrium in hydrocarbons.

From 1974 to 1976 he worked at Oxon Italia SpA, from 1976 to 1980 at Krebs & Co. GmbH in Berlin . In 1980 he first joined Linde AG , after various positions he was appointed to the board in 2000 and was a member there until 2014. He has been CEO of Linde AG since December 2016.

In 2011 Belloni received an honorary professorship for low-temperature process engineering at the TU Dresden . He is a member of the Supervisory Board of Evonik Industries AG .

Belloni is married and has two children.
