Polytechnic

As a polytechnic (short for polytechnic college or polytechnic educational institution ) engineering schools were called in the 19th century . Some have been around the turn of the century in polytechnics converted, others went in the 20th century in colleges on, many were also technical secondary school schools, such as the Austrian Higher Technical School , also adult education ( master classes run).
