Aldrich Bailey (born February 6, 1994 ) is an American sprinter. In 2012 he graduated from Mansfield Timberview High School in Arlington, Texas and began studying at Texas A&M University .

On April 28, 2012, Bailey broke the American high school record for the 400m distance previously held by Calvin Harrison . This record was set by Harrison in 1993.

Bailey was a member of the American relay team, which set a new junior world record at the 2011 Junior World Championships. He also took part in the 200m race, in which he finished sixth.
