Calvin Harrison (born January 20, 1974 in Orlando ) is a former American athlete who specializes in the 400-meter run .

He and his twin brother Alvin Harrison made history when they became the first pair of twins to win a relay competition together at the Modern Olympics. Together with Michael Johnson and Antonio Pettigrew , they won the gold medal in the 4 × 400 m relay at the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney . However, this medal was stripped of them on August 2, 2008 because of a doping offense by Antonio Pettigrew.

Calvin Harrison himself was banned for two years in 2004 for taking the banned substance Modafinil , so he missed participation in the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens and lost his gold medal from the 4 × 400 m relay at the 2003 World Athletics Championships in Paris . His brother Alvin was even banned for four years for misusing various performance-enhancing drugs.
