Alejandro Domínguez Escoto (born November 9, 1961 in Mexico City ) is a retired Mexican soccer player who was mainly used in midfield . Since January 2011 he has been working as assistant coach to Carlos Reinoso in the coaching staff of Club América .
Life

Alex Domínguez was under contract with his hometown club Club América for twelve years between 1982 and 1994, with whom he actively won four championship titles in the 1980s and was also part of the squad for another title. In 1994/95 he played for Tampico-Madero FC before ending his active career in 1995/96 in the ranks of the Gallos Blancos de Querétaro .
National team
