Alejandro Marañón Pérez (born January 3, 1977 in Cartaya ) is a former Spanish football player .

Player career

Alejandro Marañón started his career as a footballer in the B-Team of RCD Mallorca . The native Andalusian then moved to Cartagena FC . From 2001 to 2003 Marañón was a player in the B-Team of the great Sevilla FC before he was even promoted to the first team in the 2003/2004 season. However, he was only used in six games, from which he drew conclusions and in 2004 moved to the second division Real Murcia , where he is regularly used and in the 2006/2007 season rose to the first division. After only one season, however, they rose again as the penultimate in the Segunda División . However, Marañón was rarely used and ended his career in the summer of 2009.
