Aleksandar Abutovic (born August 9, 1965 ; Serbian Aleksandar Abutović ) is a former football player from Yugoslavia living in Germany .
Life
After several positions in Baden-Württemberg amateur football, including the Sportfreunde Schwäbisch Hall and the Freiburg FC , Abutovic came to the first division club 1. FC Nürnberg in 1988 , where he stayed until 1990 and played a single game in the Bundesliga ; on September 13, 1988 in the 4-0 defeat of FCN at VfB Stuttgart. He then played for lower-class Bavarian clubs, including the then second division Schweinfurt 05 in the 1990/91 season , for which he played 18 games in the 2nd Bundesliga.
In the summer of 1991 he moved to SpVgg Bayreuth in the Bayern League . Abutovic convinced in his first season and scored twelve goals in 31 games, but the team only ended up in the middle of the table. Also in his second year he was the best shooter in Upper Franconia with nine goals, the SpVgg. but remained mediocre and landed far behind master TSV 1860 Munich .
At the end of his active career, he worked as a player- coach at numerous amateur clubs in Franconia . He worked exclusively as a trainer at SpVgg Bayreuth . In addition to his coaching activity, Abutovic worked as a professional poker player . After his last engagement as a coach at DergahSpor Nürnberg, Abutovic took a football break, but returned to the football stage in October 2009. In the Franconian district upper division team SK Lauf, he should prevent the threatened relegation. At the beginning of 2011 he resigned from office.
