Alessandro Abruscia (born July 12, 1990 in Waiblingen ) is an Italian football player .
Career
In his youth Abruscia played for FC Hohenacker, VfL Waiblingen , VfB Stuttgart , TSG Backnang and the Stuttgarter Kickers , where he made the leap to the amateurs of the Kickers in 2008. There he completed 33 games in the Oberliga Baden-Württemberg . After the relegation of the first team to the Regionalliga Süd, the defender and some other teammates moved up from the U-23 to the professionals. In 2012 Abruscia managed to get promoted back to the 3rd division with the Kickers . In the following season, however, the Italian moved to the second team of TSG 1899 Hoffenheim . After three years in Kraichgau, Abruscia returned to the Stuttgarter Kickers at the beginning of the 2015/16 season. Born in Waiblingen, Germany made his professional debut on July 25, 2015 when he was substituted on.
On April 11, 2018, TSV 1860 Munich announced the player's commitment to the 2018/2019 third division season . Abruscia held the class with Munich, but canceled his contract, which was valid until June 2020, at the end of the season.
In May 2019, the regional league team SSV Ulm 1846 announced Abruscia's commitment to the new 2019/20 season .
