Alessia Piovan (born May 20, 1985 in Noventa Vicentina , Veneto ) is an Italian model and actress .
life and career
Alessia Piovan's mother is Belgian and her father is Italian.
Piovan began her career as a model in Milan at the age of 17 . She is especially famous outside of Italy and lived in Paris for a year . She also lived in Milan, London and New York City . Piovan posed for famous photographers such as Bruce Weber , Peter Lindbergh , Annie Leibovitz , Kenneth Willardt , Bruno Barbazan and many others. She posed for the 2009 Lavazza Calendar photographed by Leibovitz and was the spokesperson for the anti- anorexia campaign for the Milan fashion shows of the 2009 season.
In 2007, Piovan made her acting debut in The Girl by the Lake . In November 2009 the film Nine was released, in which Piovan plays the role of Alessia .
