Alexander Bachmann (born July 19, 1994 ) is a German Taekwondoin .

Career

Bachmann was already successful in his junior years, so he won the bronze medal in the class up to 87 kilograms at the European Championships in 2013. In the same and the following year, he won several international tournaments, and in 2013 he became German champion.

At the 2017 World Championships in Muju , he defeated world number one Wladislaw Larin 11: 9 and became world champion . In 2018 he won bronze at the European Championships in Kazan .

He is a member of the sports promotion group of the German Armed Forces and married to the Taekwondoin Rabia Gülec .
