Alexander Gamper

Alexander Gamper (born December 3, 1975 in Kitzbühel ) is an Austrian politician of the Freedom Party of Austria (FPÖ). Since March 2018 he has been a member of the Tyrolean state parliament .

Life

After finishing elementary and secondary school in St. Johann in Tirol, Alexander Gamper attended the local polytechnic school . He then completed an apprenticeship as a hotel and catering assistant from 1991 to 1994. After the military service he took part in several months of foreign missions for the armed forces. From 2006 to 2017 he worked as a consultant, advertiser and graphic designer. Since 2014 he has been a state-certified disabled ski instructor and cross-country skiing instructor.

Since 2014 he has been city party chairman of the FPÖ Kitzbühel , where he is a member of the municipal council. In 2015 he became a member of the regional party executive of the FPÖ Tyrol, since 2017 he has also acted as district party chairman of the FPÖ in the district of Kitzbühel . On March 28, 2018 he was in the constituent state parliament session of the XVII. Legislative term as Member of the Tyrolean Parliament sworn in , where he served on the committee for Housing and Transport, the Committee on Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Sustainability and the Committee on economy, tourism, energy and technology.
