Alexander Lwowitsch Golz ( Russian Александр Львович Гольц ; born March 12, 1972 in Chelyabinsk , Russian SFSR ) is a German - Russian ice hockey player who has been under contract with EV Füssen in the ice hockey league since 2010 .
Career
Alexander Golz began his career as a hockey player at HK Metallurg Magnitogorsk , for whose professional team he made his debut in the Russian Super League in the 1992/93 season . After four years, the winger joined the 1996/97 season the EV Fussen from the third-rate second League South to, but returned after only one season to Russia, where he was with his former club Metallurg 1998 Cup winner and runner-up. A year later, the championship and European Hockey League doubles were won. For the 1999/2000 season , the Russian played again for EV Füssen, which had meanwhile been relegated to the fourth-class regional league . With the Allgäu, he was promoted to the third-class league .
From 2000 to 2002 Golz was once again on the ice for HK Metallurg Magnitogorsk and won the Russian championship title for the second time in 2001. After he had started the 2002/03 season at HK Dynamo Moscow , he moved to Severstal Tscherepowez during the season . With his new club he was only defeated in the playoff final Lokomotive Yaroslavl . After another year at Severstal, the left-handed player played for one and a half years for their league rivals SKA Saint Petersburg before ending the 2005/06 season at HK CSKA Moscow . For the capital city, however, he only came to five missions in which he scored a goal and gave a template. Therefore, the former national player Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod joined from the second-rate Wysschaja Liga , with whom he immediately achieved promotion to the Superliga. In the 2008/09 season Golts went for Vitjas Chekhov in the newly formed Continental Hockey League on the hunt for goals before moving to Gasowik Tyumen in July 2009 .
In the summer of 2010 he moved again to EV Füssen and played there in the Oberliga Süd.
International
For Russia Golts took part in the 2001 World Cup, where he finished sixth with his team.
