Alexander Ivanovich Tisjakow

Alexander Ivanovich Tisjakow ( Russian Александр Иванович Тизяков ; born December 10, 1926 in Novo-Iwanajewo , Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic ; † January 25, 2019 ) was a Soviet functionary .

Alexander Tisjakow completed an engineering degree at the Kirov Polytechnic Institute of the Urals . In 1991 he signed the appeal A word to the people and was a member of the State Committee for the State of Emergency during the August coup in Moscow .
