Alexander Evdokimowitsch Chudanin
Alexander Yevdokimovich Chudanin ( Russian Александр Евдокимович Худанин * 1885 in Gladki Mys , Vyatka Governorate (today Perm region ), Russian Empire , † 1919 ) was a Russian revolutionary and active participant in the struggle for Soviet power in the Kuban .
Chudanin had been a member of the Bolsheviks since 1903 . He did party work in Yekaterinodar and was the founder of the Bolshevik party organization of Novorossiysk . From October 1917 to the end of 1918 he was the leader of the party organization of the Black Sea Governorate and a member of the Soviet Executive Committee. In 1919 he was the secretary of the Alushta Committee of the Communist Party. In the same year he was murdered by White Guards .
In the city center of Novorossiysk a monument was erected in honor of him and three other revolutionaries.
