Alexander Gennadjewitsch Lipin ( Kazakh Александр Геннадьевич Липин ; born December 19, 1985 in Ust-Kamenogorsk , Kazakh SSR ) is a Kazakh ice hockey player .

Career

Alexander Lipin began his career with Kaszink-Torpedo Ust-Kamenogorsk in his hometown, for which he made his debut in the Kazakh championship in 2003 . He was later used in the Russian Wysschaja Liga , the second highest division in the country, but continued to take part with Kaszink torpedo in the games for the Kazakh championship, which he won in 2004, 2005 and 2007. He also won the Kazakh Cup competition with the team in 2004 and 2007 . 2010 moved to HK Ertis Pawlodar , where he has been on the ice ever since. With Ertis he was able to win the Kazakh national championship again in 2013, 2014 and 2015 and in 2014 also the cup competition. After a brief interlude with Kulager Petropawl , he has been playing for Barys Astana in the Continental Hockey League since November 2015 .

International

For Kazakhstan , Lipin took part in the junior division of the U20 World Championships in Division I 2003 and the U20 World Championships in Division I in 2005 . At senior level, he was only ten years later at the World Championship Division I in 2015 in the national team used when he ascended to the Kazakhs in the top division. But he and his team cannot hold out there at the 2016 World Cup . He also represented his colors in the Olympic qualification for the 2018 Winter Games in Pyeongchang .
