Alexander Lombardi

Alexander Lombardi (* in Starnberg ) is a German librettist and advisor for children and young people at the “Word of Life” mission.

Live and act

Alexander Lombardi was born in Starnberg, where he grew up with a younger brother. As a member of a Christian "teen club" he found faith at the age of 17 . After completing his training as an accountant, he completed a theological training from 1992 to 1995 at the “Word of Life Bible Institute” on Schroon Lake ( New York ). Since 1995 he has been working as a child and youth advisor at the Christian children and youth organization “Wort des Lebens eV” on Lake Starnberg. As a child and youth advisor, he initially directed the children's camps in the summer. From 1998 he organized musical projects and camps all over Germany. As a musical writer, he and his musician colleague Gregor Breier produced a number of children's musicals. Since 2013 he has been a member of the leadership team of the Missionswerk.

From 2000 to 2014, he was the presenter of the program "JoeMax TV", the first Christian German children's quiz show at ERF 1 , in which two school classes compete against each other and their points in favor of the children's aid campaign "Project Samuel" of ERF Germany eV and his international partner Trans World Radio. In 2006 he was the head of ProChrist for kids .
