Alexander Zippelius
Alexander Zippelius (* 1797 ; † December 31, 1828 in Timor ) was a Dutch botanist . Its official botanical author's abbreviation is “ Zipp. "
The plant genus Zippelia Blume from the pepper family (Piperaceae) has been named after him.
