Alexander Zlamal

Alexander Zlamal (* 1973 in Neukirchen) is an Austrian composer and sound designer who is primarily known for his work in the film and television sector.

For the music for the Oscar- nominated short film Copy Shop by Virgil Widrich , Zlamal achieved greater notoriety for the first time and was awarded the “Best Score” award at the short film festival in Clermont-Ferrand . He also received the award for best film music at the Stuttgart International Animated Film Festival for his work on The Davinci Timecode by Gil Alkabetz. Some of his soundtracks were also released on CD, such as B. the music for the full-length movie Heller als die Mond by Virgil Widrich. For the feature film Faust by Philipp Hochhauser , he composed a continuous 80-minute score for a large orchestra, which was the only soundtrack of the film.
