Alexander von Mielecki
Alexander Friedrich-Wilhelm Stanislaus von Mielecki (born January 11, 1915 in Berlin , † 1974 ) was a German local politician.
Career
Mielecki was the son of the senior physician Walter von Mielecki (1882–1962) and his wife Minna Urban.
From April 13, 1955 to the dissolution of the district on July 31, 1972 in the course of the district reform, he was district administrator of the Hessian district of Wolfhagen . He also played an important role in founding the Habichtswald Nature Park .
Mielecki had been married to Elisabeth Lützen since 1947 and had two children.
Honors
- 1972: Cross of Merit 1st Class of the Federal Republic of Germany
- 1975: Van Tienhoven Prize (posthumous)
