In the winter of 2019/20, Glasunowa competed in the Continental Cup for the first time in international competitions at the end of January 2020 . She finished second behind Marte Leinan Lund on both days of the competition in Rena , which was her first podium finish. After participating in further competitions, she finished ninth in the overall standings with 230 points at the end of the season. At the Nordic Junior World Ski Championships 2020 in Oberwiesenthal , she was disqualified in singles using the Gundersen method , but was still used in the mixed team competition due to her previous season results. After the Russian team had been on course for medals for a long time, it was ultimately only enough for sixth place.
