Alexis González (born July 21, 1981 in Buenos Aires ) is an Argentine volleyball player .
Career
González began his career in his hometown with CA River Plate . In the 2006/07 season he played in the Spanish league at Portol Palma Mallorca . In 2008/09 he was active for the Russian first division club VK Dynamo Moscow . The Libero then switched to Tours VB , with whom he became French champion in 2010 and 2012 . With the Argentine national team , Gonzaléz reached the quarter-finals at the 2012 Olympic Games in London . After a season in his home country with Personal Bolivar , González returned to France for Rennes Volley 35 in 2013 .
