Alfieri Canavero
Alfieri Canavero (born May 30, 1927 in Turin ) is an Italian cameraman .
Life
Canavero began his career as a camera assistant in 1948 for Leonide Barboni and other important cameramen, two years later became camera operator himself and, two years later, head cameraman. He chose his assignments carefully and only came up with a handful of films.
In 1963, he was co- director of the documentary Giorni di furore . His colleagues were his brother Giovanni, Gianni Dolini and the partisan Isacco Nahoum; Mario Serandrei was in charge of the overall management . He later turned to advertising and continued to work as a documentary for Franco Cristaldi .
