Alfred Köhler (life dates unknown) was a German football player .

Köhler belonged to VfB Leipzig as a striker , for whom he played point games in the championships organized by the Association of Central German Ball Game Clubs in the 1926/27 season in the Gau Nordwestsachsen.

As a champion with two points before SV Fortuna Leipzig 02 emerged from this, he and his team consequently took part in the final round of the Central German Championship , which was held in the knockout system with another 26 Gaumeisters . With a bye in the 1st preliminary round and the victories in the 2nd intermediate round , in an elimination game and in the semi-finals, his team advanced to the final, which on May 1, 1927 4-0 against Chemnitz BC , the master Gau Central Saxony , was won.

Due to the success, he was represented with his team as a participant in the final round of the German championship . His debut in the round of 16 on May 8, 1927, he crowned the 3-0 victory over the Breslauer FV 06 with a goal, the goal to 2-0 in the 45th minute. With the same result he was defeated a fortnight later by TSV 1860 Munich in the quarter-finals .

Selection team

As a player in the selection team of the Association of Central German Ball Game Clubs, he took part in the competition for the Federal Cup, the cup competition for the selection teams of the regional associations.
