Alfred Richter (born June 5, 1895 in Dessau , † August 3, 1959 in Dessau) was a German politician ( NSDAP ).

Live and act

Richter attended the boys 'middle school in Dessau and then the teachers' seminar in Köthen . From 1914 to 1918 he served as a volunteer in the First World War . From March 30th to September 6th, 1919 he was a member of the Baltenland Freikorps Rifle Regiment in Mitau . He then worked as a commercial clerk and lived in Dessau, Fürstenstrasse 15. Richter joined the NSDAP on November 1, 1929, and in January 1931 he became head of the district operations cell and deputy district manager of the DAF . In 1931 he was elected city councilor of the NSDAP in Dessau, and on November 30, 1932 he entered the state parliament for the delegate Brößke. After taking power in 1933, he was a department head or district administrator at the DAF.

Richter ran for election on the NSDAP's nomination in the back seat with the number 679 in the election to the German Reichstag on November 12, 1933, but did not enter the National Socialist Reichstag .

By order of the Supreme Party Court of the NSDAP on August 18, 1937, he was expelled from the party in November 1937 for “behavior that was harmful to the party”. The reason for this was that his wife's brother was married to a Jew and Richter kept in contact with this family.

In 1938 he moved to Breslau with his family . The exclusion from the party was lifted by the “Leader's pardon” on January 12, 1943. In 1945 Richter returned to Dessau. After the war he was arrested by the Americans, then released as innocent and later denazified in Dessau .

At the age of 64 he died of a heart attack in Dessau in 1959.
