Alfred Steux
Alfred Steux (born May 23, 1892 in Dottenijs , † August 9, 1934 in Paris ) was a Belgian cyclist .
Steux began his career in 1913 with the individual cycling team. A year later he achieved third place in the Belgian one-day race Étoile Carolorégienne . However, he celebrated his greatest successes five years later at the Tour de France in 1919 . He managed to get 2nd place on the 4th stage and 3rd place on the 9th stage. In addition, he was tenth in the overall standings, 21:44:12 hours behind the winner Firmin Lambot .
