Algimantas Salamakinas
Algimantas Salamakinas (born September 4, 1952 in Baroninė , Kėdainiai district ) is a Lithuanian social democratic politician .
Life
From 1959 to 1967 he studied at the Mantviliškis School and from 1967 to 1970 completed vocational training at the Radviliškis Vocational Technical School . From 1972 to 1975 he graduated from the 3rd Middle School in Kėdainiai . From 1970 to 1971 he worked as a turner in the collective farm . From 1971 to 1974 he served in the Soviet Army. From 1975 to 1990 he worked at AB “Progresas”. From 1990 to 1995 he was a deputy in the Kėdainiai Council. He has been a member of the Seimas since 1992 .
From 1990 he was a member of Lietuvos Demokratieinė darbo partija , from 2001 of Lietuvos socialdemokratų partija .
