Alici ( Cyrillic  Алићи ) is a village in the municipality of Prijedor in northern Bosnia and Herzegovina . The place is about five kilometers southeast of Kozarac and belongs to the local community Brđani. Since the Bosnian War the place belongs to the Republika Srpska .

Alići is exclusively inhabited by Bosniaks .

In Alići there is a small mosque (Mekteb Alici-Softici) . There is a Muslim cemetery next to the mosque.
