Ali İmren (born September 25, 1992 in Sivas ) is a Swiss - Turkish football player .
Career
İmren was born in the central Anatolian city of Sivas and moved with his family to Switzerland as a child and started his club football career in the youth of FC Zurich . In 2010 he was accepted into the club's reserve team and played for these two seasons long. In 2012 he finally left the club without a subscription and went to the Swiss second division club FC Locarno . At this club he played one season almost consistently as a regular player.
In the summer transfer period of 2013, İmren moved to the Turkish second division club Gaziantep Büyükşehir Belediyespor . Since he has Turkish citizenship as well as Swiss citizenship, he will not take an additional foreigner place here. In October 2013, his contract, which was still valid until 2016, was terminated prematurely by mutual agreement.
