Ali Hashemi (born November 1, 1991 in Ilam ) is an Iranian weightlifter .

In 2015, Hashemi took fourth place at the World Cup in the class up to 94 kg and third place at the Asian Championships. At the 2016 Summer Olympics , he finished seventh and at the Asian Championships in 2016 second. He won bronze at the 2017 Asian Championships. On December 4th, 2017 he became world champion in the class up to 105 kg.
