Ali Yarayan
Ali Yarayan (born June 22, 1976 in Müllheim (Baden) ) is a German lawyer , attorney , university professor and director of the research center for Turkish law at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg .
Life
1995-2000 Yarayan put his studies in law at the Albert-Ludwigs-University of Freiburg and received 2,003 license to practice law. The doctorate to Dr. jur. He received a dissertation on German-Turkish database protection from Manfred Rehbinder at the University of Freiburg in 2004. In addition to his work as a lawyer, Yarayan was a lecturer at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU) from May 2006 to March 2008 . He has been a specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law since 2010 . From April 2008 to November 2013, Yarayan held the lectureship for Turkish Law and has been Director of the Research Center for Turkish Law at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg since November 2013. In October 2016 he was appointed honorary professor at FAU in the field of civil law , in particular business law , Turkish law and comparative law. Since March 2017 he has also been a visiting professor at the Turkish-German Legal Center at Ankara University.
Yarayan is married and has two children.
