Alice DeeJay
Alice DeeJay is a Dutch dance music -Formation with lead singer Judith Anna Pronk (* 8. December 1973 ), dance music - DJ 's from the Netherlands (Sebastiaan Molijn, Eelke Kalberg) and Jurgen Rijkers , also known by the stage name " DJ Jurgen ". Other singers were Mila Levesque and Angelique Versnel.
Career
Pronk began taking ballet lessons at the age of six . She trained as a ballet teacher, but then did not continue her career. At the age of 18 she started working in Amsterdam nightclubs.
The group's first and only album, Who Needs Guitars Anyway? , was released in the UK on April 11, 2000 . The first single from the album Better Off Alone reached many top 10 spots in the European charts .
Later single releases failed to build on the success of the first hit, except in the UK, where they were all in the top 20. The group is often seen as a one-hit wonder .
After November 9, 2002, the group no longer had a public appearance, from that point on it was considered to be dissolved.
Since autumn 2013, the group with an altered is the line-up on tour again, mainly as a 1990 - Revival band.
