Alice Nine ( Jap. アリス九號 ) is a Japanese Visual-Kei - band , which at the label PS Company has a contract, which also Kra, the GazettE and Kagrra , have signed or have had.
The band was founded in 2004 by the drummer Nao. First he mentioned Saga, was a member of his band for more or less short notice, before the two finally decided to found a new group. Together they brought Shou and Tora into the band. Hiroto was the last to join the band. The other four had seen him at a concert by his band at the time and decided that he would be a good match for them.

Founded in April 2004, their first single Namae wa madanai was released in July of the same year , which sold well and marked a successful start for the band.
After a few events with the band Ayabie and the signing with PS Company , they released their first mini-album Gion shousha no kane ga naru in November 2004 . Their other singles Gin no Tsuki Kuroi Hoshi in March 2005, Yami ni Chiru Sakura in April 2005 and Yuri wa Aoku Saite in May 2005 were followed by their second mini-album Alice in Wonderland in July 2005 . After the album was released, they went on tour for the first time.
Alice nine signed for the next mini-album Kasō Musō shi . at King Records . In 2006 three new singles were released, and the versatility of their music continued to increase their popularity. Her single Akatsuki / Ikuoku no Chandelier was used again as the opening of the anime series Meine Liebe . In April of the same year they finally released their first album Zekkei Shoku , which secured 4th place on the Oricon daily charts . This was followed by the Kacho Fugetsu Vol. 1 tour.
The year ended with the release of the DVD Single Number Six , which was released on the DVD alice nine. - The Movie was found. Just like the single Blue Planet , which could only be downloaded from the band's homepage.
In 2007 they released their second DVD Hello, Dear Numbers and a single called Jewels and another tour followed, Black Jewel & White Rose . On June 6, 2007, their new single White Prayer was released . On May 25, they staged their first concert outside of Japan in connection with the J-Rock Revolution Festival initiated by Yoshiki in Los Angeles . Their German and therefore also European debut was given as part of the J-Rock Invasion on December 29, 2007 in Cologne together with ScReW , Kra , Kagrra, and SuG .
On March 26, 2008, the band released their new single "Mirror Ball", which also served as the theme song for the anime "Aquarian Age". The fans could look forward to a release of two DVDs on July 2, 2008, which among other things contained several music videos. On August 6, 2008 the band released their new single "Rainbows", and on December 10, 2008, "Cross Game". The song "Cross Game" served as the ending for the anime "Yu-Gi-Oh! 5Ds ".
On March 24, 2010 Alice Nine brought out a best of album entitled "Alice Nine Complete Collection 2006–2009" after it was released on March 22. went on a Japan-wide tour.
After the end of the tour, the band announced new tour plans, with the final performance in Nippon Budōkan in Tokyo being announced. After the Peace & Smile Carnival in 2009, this is the band's second appearance there. On May 30th Alice Nine will take part in the “PS Company Event Tribal Arivall Vol. 100”.
