Alinonga is a tiny uninhabited island in the Tongan archipelago of Vavaʻu .
geography
Alinonga is located together with Kulo and the Tangatasito rock in its own small bay, which is formed by Nuapapu , Vaka Eitu , Langitau and Lape . The island is only a few hundred meters south of the main town of Nuapapu, Nopapu.
climate
The climate is tropical hot, but is tempered by constantly blowing winds. Like the other islands of the Vavaʻu group, Alinonga is occasionally hit by cyclones .
