Adriaan Kornelis (Alis) Koekkoek (born January 15, 1945 in Willemstad (Moerdijk) , † April 18, 2005 in Tilburg ) was a Dutch politician and legal scholar.

Koekkoek was a member of the CDA party , for which he sat from 1994 to 1998 in the Second Chamber and from 2003 until his death in the First Chamber. From 1981 to 2005 he was also a professor of law and lectured on constitutional law . In parliament he was mainly concerned with the judiciary and teaching and was known as a conscience of constitutional law . He also worked as a member of the parliamentary committee of inquiry that dealt with the search process.
