Aljoscha Andreas Long (born Aljoscha Andreas Schwarz on September 9, 1961 in Bonn ) is a German writer, psychologist and philosopher.

Life

In addition to publications in the fields of psychology , philosophy and spirituality , he developed the method of personal integration together with Ronald Schweppe . According to the company, personal integration is about reconciling "inner personalities" with one another and feeling less torn between several goals.

After studying psychology in Toronto, Canada, he studied English, German, pedagogy and philosophy in Munich. He is a member of the Mensa .

He works as a psychotherapist, martial arts teacher, composer and writer in Munich and Guangzhou , China. He has been married to the Chinese writer Long Fei (龙飞) since 2007.

His books have been translated into Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Norwegian, Korean, Russian, Latvian and Chinese, among others.

Together with Ronald Schweppe, he founded the “Institute for Personal Integration” (IfP) in 1999 in Munich , Riga and Beijing .
