The Allée couverte of Copierres (also called Dolmen Vieille Cote ) is located south of Montreuil-sur-Epte in the far west of the Val-d'Oise department , near the border with the Eure department in France .

The chamber, which is sunk into the limestone underground, is about 15.3 m long. It consists of three differently built, joined parts. The floor is paved along its entire length. The facility, which is oriented in the direction of the slope, has its entrance in the northwest. There is no antechamber and the design of the access is unique.

The chamber width is 2.12 m - at the entrance only 1.4 m. The greatest height, at the end of the facility, is 2.15 m - at the entrance only 0.6 m. The end plate is 2.15 m high and 2.4 m wide. Starting from the end plate, the sides consist of seven orthostats on the north and six on the south side over a length of approximately 7.5 m . They have an average height of 2.0 m, their inner surface is well aligned and smooth. In the following section, the panels are less aligned over a length of around 5.0 m and their gradually decreasing height averages 1.15 m. On the first two sections, the gaps between the panels were created by stacked intermediate masonry. The last 3.3 m long section is bordered by an average of 0.6 m high limestone slabs that end in an apse under the only remaining capstone 0.4 m thick. The other capstones had fallen into the chamber or were removed earlier. The walls consist in many places of a double layer of orthostats that overlap.

The north-west-south-east oriented gallery grave was discovered by Émile Collin during a field inspection. He published two short reports. In 1906 Adrien de Mortillet (1853–1931) published a detailed report.

The gallery grave was placed under monument protection in 1895 as a monument historique .
