AllJoyn

AllJoyn is an open source project that provides a programming framework and core services for communication, regardless of product category, platform, brand and connection type of devices and applications using a peer-to-peer (P2P) connection . Qualcomm developed the open source project and presented it for the first time in 2011 at the Mobile World Congress .

The rights of the source code are subject to the ISC license .

The Allseen Alliance , where the open source project can be downloaded, was founded to promote interoperability for the Internet of Things , especially in the areas of smart home , smart TV , smart audio, broadband gateways and automotive.
