Allen Leech
Allen Leech (born May 18, 1981 in Killiney , County Dublin ) is an Irish actor .
life and career
Leech is the third of four children born to a computer company boss and a housewife. He attended St. Michaels College in Ballsbridge and Trinity College in Dublin, where he studied theater studies. He discovered his passion for acting at the age of eleven when he played a role in a school play of The Wizard of Oz .
Leech played his first role in the Irish short film Iníon an Fhiaclóra by Jacqueline O'Neill in 2000. This was followed by appearances in films such as Cowboys & Angels by David Gleeson in 2003, Paddy Breathnach's Man About Dog in 2004 and From Time to Time by Julian Fellowes Larger in 2009. he gained fame primarily through the personification of Marcus Agrippa in the HBO series Rome and the Tom Branson series Downton Abbey radio station ITV .
Leech married actress Jessica Blair Herman in 2019.
