Aller Hopp is the name of a folk and dance band from the Electoral Palatinate .
history
The band was founded in 1997 by Ute and Ralf Walther and Marcus Krimmer. Ulrich Bischof and Dietrich Linhart have been guests since 1999. After 2001, Christoph Egerding-Krüger joined the group as a member. The ensemble's repertoire includes dances, songs and pieces of music from Germany and Western Europe. Together with the label Fidula Fon of the Fidula publishing house , several CDs and books on the basic topic of folk dancing were created. Aller Hopp's instruments include accordion , recorders , bagpipes , flute, harp , wooden saxophone , double bass , percussion and whistles. All Hopp plays at various festivals , bal folks , street parties etc.
