Allmannsdorf cemetery
The Allmannsdorf cemetery in the Allmannsdorf district of Constance on the Allmannshöhe near the Staader water tower was inaugurated on November 28, 1841. Parts of the cemetery have been placed under monument protection by the monuments authority in Freiburg .
structure
The cemetery is the successor cemetery for the churchyard (old cemetery) around the church of St. Georg in Allmannsdorf. The new cemetery consists of the historical, higher-lying upper part and the lower extension part. The city administration of Konstanz is responsible for the cemetery.

- Karl Einhart (1884–1967), painter, Lake Constance landscapes
- Hans Sauerbruch (1910–1996), draftsman, painter and illustrator
- Wilhelm von Scholz (1874–1969), writer with a digression into Nazi literature
- Friedrich Schürr (1888–1980), Romanist, Italianist and dialectologist
- Hermann Venedey (1904–1980), democratic, liberal and humanitarian educator

- Gravesite of the Douglas family: a four meter high stone cross is surrounded by an iron fence.
