Allnex (also spelled allnex) is a producer of industrial coating resins and additives for the fields of architecture, industry, protective, automotive as well as special coatings and printing inks. Allnex supplies z. B. Liquid resins and additives, radiation-curing and powder resins and additives as well as crosslinkers for use on wood, metal, plastic and other surfaces.
history
Allnex was founded in 2013 when Advent International acquired the coating resins division from Cytec . In mid-September 2016, Allnex and Nuplex, two global manufacturers of resins, were merged into one company. The group-wide management of Allnex is located in Frankfurt am Main .
The company has 33 production sites, 23 research and technology support centers and five joint ventures in Asia, Europe, North and South America and Oceania. The group's 4,000 employees serve customers in more than 100 countries.
The legal owner of the operational area of the Allnex Group is Allnex Holdings S.à rl, a Luxembourg-based company that also makes the long-term strategic decisions about investing in Allnex.
