Alma is a fishing village in Albert County in the Canadian province of New Brunswick . Alma has 232 inhabitants on an area of ​​47.64 km² (as of 2011). The population density is 4.9 inhabitants / km². Alma is at the confluence of the Upper Salomon River with the Bay of Fundy . The village is at the entrance to Fundy National Park , whose villagers live mainly from fishing.
