Almuth Kook

Almuth Kook (born August 25, 1969 in Norden , East Friesland ) is a German television presenter and author.

Life

After finishing school, Kook studied cultural studies at the University of Lüneburg . In addition to her studies, Kook u. a. as a local editor for the daily newspaper Ostfriesischer Kurier and as a freelancer for the magazine "Szene Hamburg". She also met Tine Wittler at Lüneburg University and became friends with her. In 1998 she then worked as an editor for a daily talk format for the production company Schwarzkopff-TV. From 2002 to 2003, Kook co-wrote the novels The Princess and Horst and Horst Go Home! Together with Tine Wittler . .

Moderation

On October 16, 2005, the private broadcaster RTL presented the East Friesian as the second presenter for the docutainment series “ Use in 4 Walls” and thus as a representative of her friend Tine Wittler . The reason for this was that the broadcaster stated that Wittler's additional workload would increase considerably due to the special episodes, each of which involves renovating an entire house.
