The Alos Ice Rumples ( English ) are a 14 km wide group of ice humps on the surface of the rod ice shelf off the English coast of West Antarctica Ellsworthland . They tower north of the Nikitin and Hall glaciers .
The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 2018. It is named after the acronym for the Advanced Land Observing Satellite , which was used for remote sensing of the Antarctic.
