Alphina Tehupeiory gained her first international experience in 2014, when she won the bronze medal in the 400-meter hurdles at the Junior Asian Championships in Taipei in 62.39 seconds and in 46.80 seconds in the Indonesian 4-by-100-meter relay took sixth place. In 2018 she took part in the 200-meter run at the Asian Games in Jakarta , but was eliminated there with 24.36 s in the first round. The following year she reached the semi-finals at the Military World Games in Wuhan over 200 meters and was eliminated there with 24.58 s. In December, at the Southeast Asian Games in Capas , she finished seventh in the 100-meter run in 11.88 s and fourth over 200 meters in 23.82 s. In addition, she reached fifth place with the relay in 45.28 s.
In 2018 and 2019, Tehupeiory became Indonesian champion in the 200-meter run as well as in the 400-meter hurdles in 2018 and over 100 meters in 2019.
