Alpian Allen
Alpian R. Allen (born before 1989 ) is a former politician from St. Vincent and the Grenadines .
He represented North Leeward constituency in the House of Assembly from 1989 to 2001 . He is a member of the New Democratic Party .
During this time he held several ministerial offices. From June 1989 to January 1994 he was Minister for Health and Environment, from March 1994 to June 1996 Minister for Foreign Affairs and Tourism, from December 1996 to December 1997 Minister for Foreign Affairs, Tourism and Information, from February 1998 to January 2001 Minister for Education, Culture and women's affairs.
