Alsim Leonidowitsch Tschernoskulov ( Russian Альсим Леонидович Черноскулов , scientific transliteration Al'sim Leonidovič Černoskulov ; born May 11, 1983 in Kipel ) is a Russian judoka and samboka . He is a six-time world champion, two-time European champion and nine-time Russian master in sambo.

Career

Chernoskulov won his first international medal with the silver medal in the weight class up to 90 kg at the Sambo World Championships in Sofia in 2006 . A year later he repeated this success in Prague . At the Sambo World Championships in Thessaloniki in 2009 , the Russian finally won his first world title. After only reaching silver in 2011, he was again world champion at the Sambo World Championships in Minsk in 2012 . He won the title in 2014 and 2015 as well. At the first European Games in 2015 in Baku , he won the final against Andrej Kasussjonak in the weight class up to 90 kg . After becoming world champion again in 2017 and 2018, he won the bronze medal at the European Games in 2019 .

At the Russian Sambo Championships 2018, Chernoskulov won his ninth title.

Awards

On July 2, 2015, Chernoskulov was awarded the Order of Merit for the Fatherland , 2nd class.
